In tough economies, real estate is the first to slow down, so to stay successful in “down times” one must adapt!  360 Realty has developed a winning formula that has lead to approximately 50 closings in 2008, among only 2 agents!  We need more agents to help us grow this number again.  We can only do so much with 4 hands!  We work with all the major banks and specialize in REO/Bank Owned Homes.  We work with some of the Triad’s most successful real estate investors, while also building our own property portfolios.  Our office is relaxed, fun, and innovative.  We host monthly networking meetings at our office, and we also attend numerous networking events around the Triad. 

We are looking for that experienced agent that has hit a rough patch, but knows the ropes and is ready to get back in the drivers seat.  Our office has the positive energy one needs to see that the real estate market is not stagnant, rather very vibrant.  Our listings currently have an average DOM of 30 days or less!  Think you are ready to make a change?
