There are real estate companies and then there is 360 Realty. Tracey has a unique approach to real estate that is exciting and different. Traditional is boring, so if you are looking for a professional company that will provide excellent results while having fun, 360 is where you need to be. 360 has access to all forms of e-commerce that will provide tremendous exposure with a small-town attention to detail. They have done a wonderful job for me as a buyer and as a seller and I am a loyal client.

I recently relocated from Minneapolis to Greensboro and was referred to Tracey Shrouder of 360 Realty. It was the best thing I did during my relocation. She handled everything professionally and efficiently - even my loan officer said that she was the most knowledgeable real estate agent he had ever worked with. Tracey knows her stuff and I didn't have to lift a finger to get into my new home quickly and at a great price. She did a great job and I highly recommend working with her.
