   "My name is Jennifer Washburn and I wanted to write a testimonial for my Realtor, Tracey Shrouder, Broker and Owner of 360 Realty.  I met Tracey back in 2009 in a BNI group where both of us were trying to build and market our businesses.  Tracey was the VP for the group and guru on networking.  At that time I was living in Reidsville and commuting every day to Greensboro, which was close to a 45 minute commute.  After doing this for months I decided to relocate.  I looked into many apartments where the rent was between $700-900 a month.  I couldn't believe how expensive it was to rent and felt that the amount was over my budget.  I decided to contact Tracey and see if I could find anything remotely in my budget that I could buy.  We began searching for homes in late May.  I would call and text Tracey at 9PM about potential homes and she would always quickly respond.  Anywhere I wanted to see, no matter how much she knew the house wasn't going to be a fit for me, she would take me to look.  By July, we found a foreclosed home with minimal repairs needed for $70k in a nice and safe neighborhood.  We closed on the property early August.  I hired a crew to come in and do some cosmetic changes to the house putting another 15k in the house.  In early October I moved into the home, where Tracey was there to greet me with a huge house warming gift of goodies.  My home in December of 2009 appraised for $105k in a bad market, which meant I automatically had 20k in equity with a mortgage payment of $550 a month.  Working with Tracey was the best decision I have ever made.  During that time not only did I find a realtor who really looked out for my needs and showed compassion and non-judgment toward my decisions but also a really good friend.  Thanks Tracey for all you do and all the lives you change!"

Overall:

There are real estate companies and then there is 360 Realty. Tracey has a unique approach to real estate that is exciting and different. Traditional is boring, so if you are looking for a professional company that will provide excellent results while having fun, 360 is where you need to be. 360 has access to all forms of e-commerce that will provide tremendous exposure with a small-town attention to detail. They have done a wonderful job for me as a buyer and as a seller and I am a loyal client.
