Thank you for making an offer on a 360 Realty Listing! We appreciate the hard work of all of the Buyer's Agents that we consider our Co-workers! Please read below for some helpful instructions on making offers on REO properties.

1. Use the NC Standard Offer to Purchase and fill in ALL blanks with the correct info (many times deals can go unaccepted due to missing info such as percent of downpayment or days for inspection)
2. Pre-qualification letter is a Must for Financing and PROOF OF FUNDS is required for Cash purchases (this means that we must have a letter from the bank or a print out of a bank statement on all cash purchases before we can submit the offer.
3. Please indicate whether your client is OWNER OCCUPIED or an INVESTOR. Investors cannot make an offer on most of the REO properties until the home has been on the market for 16 days.
4. COPY of the earnest money MUST accompany the offer to purchase
5. Addendums are AFTER ACCEPTANCE ONLY and will not be needed until the bank accepts your offer.
Responses can take betweeen 1-3 days on average. Numerous emails and calls WILL NOT speed up this process, and will often slow it down due to the volume of REOs being handled.
After the offer is presented, The Seller's Sale Specialist may ACCEPT, COUNTER, or REJECT
Should the Seller's Sale Specialist ACCEPT an offer, it can take up to 7 days for FINAL UPPER MANAGEMENT APPROVAL.
Once an offer is accepted, we will REQUIRE the Earnest Money to be either CERTIFIED FUNDS or BANK CHECK ONLY!!! No personal checks will be accepted!
